Kids Birthdays!

We had a great celebration! Drew turned 3 on the 2nd. and Abby turned 5 on the 5th. We had a party at Grandma and Grandpa Davenport's house and all the cousins were able to be there! We had cakes- Abby wanted a pink and brown cake with butterflies and flowers. Drew wanted cookies. He got them on a stick frosted green with all the sports balls on them.

The cousins were great to plan some games including marshmallow shooting

and then set up a great gift "memory" for Abby and Drew to go into a tent that was full to the ceiling of balloons!

Abby and the others had fun popping them .Drew was a little more apprehensive, and preferred to pop his balloons outside.
Then we finished up with pinatas-

Abby painted her own butterfly, and Drew got 3 sports balls- baseball, basketball, and soccer ball. 4 pinatas allowed enough turns for everybody to hit them!
Thanks to everybody that came and helped out too!
We love you all!

Up to this Minute...

Well, life in the Giordanos moves quickly, so up to this minute...
We have been having a great summer including camping, fishing, floating the Lava Hot Springs River, and of course lots of popsicles and ice cream.
We have enjoyed playing with family and cousins. Now coming into August, Elly is 7 1/2 months old, Drew will turn 3 on the 2nd, and Abby will turn 5 on the 5th. It will be fun to have their birthday parties this week together as always. Derek is keeping busy working on developing some websites and JoAnn is the stay at home mom.

The kids have been so cute outside enjoying their new swingset/playhouse and I'm happy to watch them with Elly from the hammock on the deck. I know, it is a rough life!

About Me

My photo
I love being a wife and mother. I feel very blessed to be able to stay at home with my kids and my husband! We are so proud of our kids that we can hardly remember what life was like before them.
